5.2 General Conditions for Bonus Use

• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance; the required wagering must be completed first.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
• No bonus may be transferred to another account.
• bj99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5.3 Cashback and VIP Benefits

Regular members may receive weekly cashback based on their VIP level. Cashback is calculated on the week's net losses. For example: a Gold level member with ৳20,000 in net losses for the week will receive a maximum of ৳100 cashback (৳20,000 × 0.5%). Each VIP level has a specific cashback rate.

All decisions related to bets and games on bj99 are final. If an unusual result occurs due to a technical error, the relevant round may be cancelled and the bet amount refunded.

6.1 Betting Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• A bet cannot be placed if there is insufficient balance in the account.
• In sports betting, bets are accepted up until the event starts; live betting has its own time limits.
• If a suspicious betting pattern is detected, the relevant account may be suspended for review.

6.2 Sports Betting

For bets on cricket, football and other sports, the specific rules of each sport apply. If a match is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the bet amount will be refunded. bj99 has sole authority over setting and changing odds.

6.3 Game Errors

bj99 is not liable for losses caused by a game software error or network issue. However, if a confirmed technical error is proven, a refund of the affected user's bet amount will be considered.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the bj99 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds.

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or play games.
• Attempting to influence betting outcomes by colluding with other users.
• Creating or operating more than one account for the same person.
• Attempting to breach any security measure of the platform.
• Using this platform to conceal the source of illegally obtained funds.
• Registering using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Creating artificial transaction patterns with the intent to abuse bonus benefits.
• Harassing other members or making offensive comments.

Even if any of the above activities are merely suspected, bj99 may begin an investigation and keep the account suspended.

bj99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

8.1 Reasons for Closure

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to verify identity or false information being proven.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• Self-exclusion activated at the user's own request.

8.2 Funds After Closure

If the reason for account closure is not a rule violation, the real money balance in the user's account (excluding bonuses) will be returned to their registered payment method. In proven cases of rule violation, all funds may be forfeited.

8.3 Voluntary Closure Request

Any user who wishes to close their own account may notify the support team. The account will be deactivated as quickly as possible after the request is received.
